Our annual meeting this year was delayed until February due to scheduling issues, but we were still able to approve our financial reports and get our tax return prepared ahead of time via email review. The meeting itself was straight-forward, confirming the transition to using heat pumps in the farmhouse, completion of the barn siding project, and then handling some unexpected repairs in the farmhouse. Brown tail moth remediation was also discussed, though 2023 wasn’t as bad a year as the previous few, so we’re hoping that ongoing prevention work is paying off. We discussed 2024 projects, as well as future infrastructure enhancement. Then we set our calendar for quarterly check-ins and we were done.
